Join us for a fireside chat featuring Canadian journalists Lisa LaFlamme and Creeson Agecoutay.

The discussion, Bearing Witness in Unsettled Times, will be an engaging discussion featuring former colleagues sharing personal and professional career stories and how they are remembered and influence our lives today.

For over 35 years, Lisa LaFlamme has been a dynamic force in journalism, navigating the complexities of our time and shedding light on pressing global issues. From the frontlines of breaking news to the heart of Canadian society, LaFlamme has consistently delivered impactful stories that resonate with audiences across the nation.

Creeson Agecoutay is Nehiyaw/Plains Cree from the Cowessess First Nation in Treaty 4 Territory. For more than 18 years, Creeson has been a national and local reporter and host with Eagle Feather News, CTV Regina/Saskatoon, CTV Saskatchewan’s Indigenous Circle and CTV National News and is now the host of APTN National News DAYTIME in Winnipeg.
