The Royal Saskatchewan Museum (Regina) is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. including holidays.

EXCEPT
  • October 29, 2024 open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 
  • December 10, 2024 open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • CLOSED December 25, 2025 (Christmas Day)
  • CLOSED December 26, 2025 (Boxing Day)
  • CLOSED January 5, 2026 to January 9, 2026
  • April 1, 2026 open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Admission By Donation

A suggested level of contribution is:

Your donation will be used by the Friends of the Royal Saskatchewan Museum to support programs, exhibits and research at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum. We accept cash, credit card and debit card donations, or donate online prior to your visit. A tax-deductible receipt can be issued for donations of $20 or more.

Museum Entrance and Parking

Free public and bus parking is located on the west and south sides of the Museum.  Enter the museum through the south doors.  The north doors, facing the corner of Albert Street and College Avenue, are exit only.

Accessibility
  • Wheelchairs are available on loan
  • Front entrance is power opening
  • Galleries are accessible via elevator and stairs
  • Seating is available throughout the galleries
  • Service animals are welcomed
  • The lobby of the Royal Saskatchewan Museum is BlindSquare enabled to assist visitors with sight loss locate the Museum. Download the BlindSquare app through iTunes
  • The Front Desk is fitted with a hearing loop
  • Sensory backpacks can be signed out by visitors with sensory processing disabilities. Backpacks contain resources for self-regulation, tactile input, attention-focusing tools, and body awareness support items
  • Designated gender-neutral, family washroom is located in the lobby
  • Select exhibits feature text panels in French and Cree
  • Access free Wi-Fi under "Megamunch's Guest Wifi", no password is necessary
Group Visits

If you are planning to visit the Museum as a group, please book ahead. Family groups and groups of 10 people or less do not need to send a request.
