Saturday, July 25, 2026, 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Sunday, July 26, 2026, 10:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday, July 25: The T.rex Discovery Centre is open today at 1:00 p.m., rather than 10:00 a.m. That's because we'll be at the Town of Eastend Dino Days parade in the morning! Join us at the parade for the festivities including free candy.

Sunday, July 26: At 1:00 p.m. meet Gallery Interpreter Mollie and palaeontologist John Storer at the T.rex Discovery Centre. They will show you how microfossils are sorted through using the “Tumbler”. Check out the process from start to finish and see if you've made a fossil discovery.

The Royal Saskatchewan Museum and T.rex Discovery Centre are situated on Treaty 4 territory, the ancestral and traditional territory of the nêhiyawak, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis/Michif Nation. We respect and honour the Treaties that were made on all territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we are committed to moving forward in partnership with Indigenous Nations in the spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
