Gabriel Yanicki is Curator, Western Archaeology at the Canadian Museum of History in Gatineau, QC.  Join him as he talks about how archaeological examples of traditional games can serve as indicators not simply of past recreational pastimes, but of large gatherings that were often intertribal. See examples of gaming equipment including ice gliders and bone dice and learn how these competitive games were played.
